Ballot Day is this Saturday, September 19th. It’s the day that states send out absentee ballots to U.S. voters abroad. If you asked your state to send your ballot by email, you should receive it by this day. We’ve heard some states have already started to send ballots to Americans abroad!
Haven’t requested a ballot yet? Time ⏰ is running out. Go to votefromabroad.org TODAY! Need help? There are online live voter assistance sessions Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays from 6-10pm (Berlin time), and all day Sundays.
All our Berlin neighborhood Kiez captains and groups are continuing to organize small, outdoor, in-person voter assistance events. Stop by one to get help and to get active — don’t wait! With postal delays and the pandemic, getting and returning your ballot takes time.

Hygiene & Safety
Please wear a mask and maintain appropriate distances from others at the event. If you would like to complete a ballot request during the event, we ask you bring your own smart phone or tablet. We will not be sharing devices to help maintain appropriate hygiene standards. The safety of our community members comes first.

Get on the phone: Pledge to call Americans abroad to vote!
Everyone needs a friendly reminder or some motivation! You can help get Democrats Abroad members by phonebanking crucial voters in swing states and where ballots need to be returned by mail.
The more voter registration volunteers and phone bankers, the higher the overseas turnout in November will be. Take the phonebanking pledge and commit to calling here.
