A t-shirt design contest is a great way to exercise your creativity and immerse yourself deeper into the art of political rhetoric and design. We invite you to submit ideas for t-shirts Democrats Abroad Berlin!

What is the contest about?

Images and designs can communicate strong messages about a subject. For this open design competition, we’re hoping to inspire and spread fresh, positive imagery of Democrats Abroad and progressive values, while potentially engaging in some culture jamming. It should convey the urgency of political engagement in Trump’s era, an inspirational message, or the need to succeed in the 2018 midterms.

In the end, we want to a t-shirt that you and other Americans abroad will be excited and proud to wear.

For whom is the contest?

Everyone with an itch for a cause and/or need for expression is welcome to participate!

When is the deadline? How do I enter the contest?

Please submit your entries via email anytime before midnight on July 10th, 2017, to kuleszaaleks@gmail.com. We’ll also have a station to design and submit t-shirts at our 4th of July party (bring your own t-shirt)!

How will the winning design be chosen?

The artwork will be chosen by our Democrats Abroad Berlin chapter board.
