In June, we’re planning two big phone banking pushes! On June 11, we’ll have a virtual Berlin party: pop into the room and hang out in between making calls to remind fellow Americans to vote from abroad. Phone banking is one of the best ways to reach voters abroad and help them request absentee ballots, especially in 2020.
On Flag Day (June 14) members all across Germany will be Dialing For Democracy, a fundraising call-a-thon. Callers will be calling all day to help meet our outreach goals and their sponsors will help provide critical funds to keep these projects going! ►Find out how you can be a part it.
Last but not least, we’re planning an online American quiz night to replace our regular pub nights. Mark your calendar for June 17 and start getting your team together.

Office Hours for Voter Help
Since we can’t hold in-person events, we’re starting online office hours to help U.S. citizens register to vote and request absentee ballots. The first two sessions are on June 10th and June 29th. Sharing the office hours your American friends and colleagues, so we can reach more potential voters!

Germany’s Sanders Delegate: Berlin Chair Diego Rivas
Congratulations to Katie Solon and our own chapter chair Diego Rivas! On May 16 at the Europe, Middle East, Africa Regional Convention, Katie, a member of the Munich chapter, was elected as one of Democrats Abroad’s representatives to the Democratic National Committee through 2024.
The electors at the EMEA convention elected Diego as one of 3 Sanders delegates from our region to the Democratic National Convention. We’re so excited for both of them! ►Read more
Postcard Coloring Campaign
Get out the vote with personally colored postcards. We’re targeting voters living abroad who vote in key battleground states. Request 10 or more postcards, color them, write a short message, and send them back to us within 3 weeks. We’ll address, stamp, and send them on to potential voters. ► Join the postcard campaign ?
