Bernhard Weiner held a great talk for fellow Democrats Abroad Germany in Munich.  We post his notes and link to his website for the purpose of informing you.  Here is a picture he took in Vienna during his trip around Europe.

Author's Note: Approximately six million U.S. citizens live overseas, most of them eligible to vote back home. Democrats Abroad has so many active chapters all over the world that their ex-pat members have some leverage in shaping Dem policy and a number wind up as delegates to the National Convention.
