Quiz Night: How Well Do You Know the 2020 Presidential Candidates?
November 5, 2019 @ 7:30 pm - 9:00 pm
Who doesn’t love a good game of trivia? Test your knowledge of the 2020 field of Democratic presidential candidates at Democrats Abroad Berlin’s first trivia night on a cozy November evening. The game will consist of four rounds of questions (including a music round). All the questions will pertain to the 2020 Democratic presidential candidates and their campaigns, with a few general presidential questions to spice things up.
To play, we’re asking for a 1€ donation per person. There will be prizes for the top three teams. Bring a friend, support local voter registration efforts, and see if you can claim the crown as the most knowledgeable Democrat in Berlin on current politicians!
There will be time during and after quiz rounds to discuss the debates and candidates. Any proceeds go toward a local Berlin headquarters leading up to the November 2020 election. At our Berlin HQ, we’ll phonebank, register voters, and host events to mobilize our 3,000 members and the 20,000 Americans living in Berlin.
It’s not required, but RSVP so we have a rough idea of how many people to expect:
You can help out by sharing this event with your American friends and acquaintances in Berlin! As always, we welcome new faces, even if you’ve never attended a meeting or an event before.
A Note About Impartiality
Democrats Abroad, from the international level to country committees, caucuses and task forces, does not endorse or offer preferential treatment to any Democratic candidate when they are running against other Democrats.
We are proud to support the democratic process, and the full breadth of candidates in the running for the 2020 Democratic Party presidential nomination. As such, we reaffirm our commitment to supporting a fair and free impartial election, including before, during and after the Democrats Abroad Global Presidential Primary.
